Senior engineer. His main research direction is structural design of precision instruments. In 2014, he obtained Master degree in mechanical theory and design from Shanghai Ocean University; from 2014 to 2018, he worked at Fermion Instrument Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., being responsible for the UHV system design, the Chamber design，the design of the sample in-situ transmission and the structural design of high and low temperature sample stage and so on. In 2019, he joined ShanghaiTech University.
