(1) Hardware configuration
Cloud: 3 Dell R740 servers, each with 2 Intel (R) Xeon (R) Gold 6226R CPUs and 512GB of memory.
Desktop: 2 Dell R740 servers, each with 2 Intel (R) Xeon (R) Gold 6226R CPUs and 512GB of memory.
Cloud storage: 4TB SSD (mainly for cloud desktop operating system installation) and 27TB HDD (for cloud host operating system installation) can be provided.
Data storage server: It can provide 140TB of space for cloud host and cloud desktop to store data.
10 Gigabit network switch: all servers are interconnected by 10 Gigabit network switch, and 10 Gigabit switch and campus network are interconnected by 40Gbps network, which is used for users to access servers.
(2) Login mode
Host: CentOS 7 operating system is mainly installed, which can be accessed by ssh, so it will not be described in detail here.
Cloud: Only Windows 10 operating system is installed, which can be accessed through web pages, VMware Horizon Client and Windows Remote Desktop. Visit the website at https://vd.cts.shanghaitech.edu.cn
