| 课题组主要从事基于X射线自由激光、同步辐射光源和电子显微镜的高分辨定量成像及相关研究。具体研究方向包括: (1)相干衍射成像新技术和新方法探索; (2)X射线与电镜三维高分辨显微成像与应用; (3)功能材料的制备、微观结构及机理研究; (4)X射线自由电子激光装置建设。
